Petrogress Int'l LLC

Petrogress Int'l LLC (PIL) was formed in 2017 as a Delaware-based Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to pursue speculative energy opportunities across Africa and international markets, operating independently of Petrogress, Inc.

Following the maturation of several key business prospects, PIL was consolidated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petrogress, Inc. Today, PIL manages a portfolio of oil trading and energy-related activities, with a significant operational presence in Cyprus, Nigeria, and Ghana.

PIL’s mission is to acquire, appraise, and develop high-value oil and gas assets within established basins and emerging West African frontiers. Through strategic affiliates and partnerships, our scope spans the full energy value chain, including exploration, production, refining, and the provision of specialized services to offshore energy platforms.
